The goddess within
Posted on March 19 2016
Symbols are everywhere. This is incredibly apparent in Eastern cultures, where statues and images acquire divine status. In India, gods and goddesses are represented in statues, paintings, drawings, and words. When people pray before these items, however, it is not so much an individual who is receiving their grace, but rather the energy or idea that the image represents. Everyone seems to have their own deity, one which speaks to them personally, and perhaps which represents qualities which they hope to attain. Who is your personal goddess, and why?
